Our first practical exercise was to get out around town with a camera and get some (nice steady) shots of neons and other bright lights. Four groups bought these back to the theatre where Alex had set up four projectors side by side. The combined massive panoramic image was startling when the material from the groups was played back simultaneously.

Well, started by not getting Painting which is what I had wanted to get back to. However our first experience with Alex, the lecturer made me very satisfied with the outcome - she's going to be good.
